CSOnetMADE courtesy visit to IOM Lagos Office. CHELD was represented

On March 3, 2026, the Civil Society Network on Migration and Development (CSOnetMADE) – Lagos Chapter paid an advocacy visit to the International Organization for Migration Nigeria office in Ikeja, Lagos. The visit created an opportunity for meaningful dialogue on strengthening collaboration to promote safe, orderly, and dignified migration, with particular attention to the reintegration of vulnerable migrants and forced returnees.

Key discussions centred on improving referral pathways, enhancing airport reception support, strengthening data-driven reporting, and expanding capacity-building opportunities for civil society organisations engaged in migration governance.

Centre for Health Ethics and Law Development (CHELD) was proud to be part of the delegation during this important engagement.
